How long does shipping take for Mardi Gras throws?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. During peak Mardi Gras season, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to ensure your beads and throws arrive before your parade date.
Do you offer bulk discounts for krewes?
Yes, we specialize in bulk orders for krewes and large organizations. Significant discounts are available when purchasing beads by the case or ordering large quantities of specialty throws.
What is your return policy on seasonal items?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I pick up my order in-person at your warehouse?
Absolutely! We offer a convenient 'In-Store Pickup' option at our Mobile, Alabama location. Simply select this option at checkout and wait for your email notification that the order is ready.
Are your beads safe and non-toxic?
Yes, all of our Mardi Gras beads and trinkets meet standard safety regulations. However, please be aware that small items can be a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3 years of age.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For international inquiries outside of these regions, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote.
