At Toomey's Mardi Gras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your celebration supplies; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that seasonal items and beads must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and labels are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship the Package

Send your return back to our Mobile, Alabama warehouse using a traceable shipping method of your choice; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
